Clé Privée gift experiences are uniquely crafted and organized based on the tastes and preferences of the gift recipient. A gift experience might include a celebration-worthy dinner, a weekend getaway at a charming bed & breakfast, a grand voyage across the world, artistic courses or athletic training with a renowned expert, private tours to discover new places, tickets and transport to the opera, theater, symphony, sporting events or any other spectacles - or whatever experience and opportunity that might most excite and delight. We take pride in having no limits to the gift experience beyond the amount that is offered by the gift giver(s). We also do not make physical gifts (e.g., clothing, other objects), as our focus is on creating memories for our clients that can be looked forward to, enjoyed, and last a lifetime.

We take a personal and bespoke approach to each and every gift experience, putting your recipient’s preferences first, and never suggesting experiences that are pre-arranged or from a catalogue. 2. We make it fun and easy for your friends, family or colleagues to jointly give a gift experience – one can quickly launch a group gift and invite others to participate without any minimum payment in advance. 3. We prioritize value – with ever increasing amounts of information, finding the optimal value when crafting a memorable experience is increasingly an artform, and we take pride in always seeking out the best for your recipients. 4. We are flexible – your recipient can begin to plan for their gift experience at any time within 2 years of purchasing your gift - we understand that life is unpredictable, and we believe that it is important that a gift experience can be redeemed when the time is best for them.

Our Clé Privée concierge fee is 15% of the total gift contribution that is collected, which includes all correspondence, planning, booking, and follow-up to ensure satisfaction of the gift experience.

You will be informed when your gift recipient unlocks and redeems their gift – we strive for 100% satisfaction and we ask for feedback and means for improvement after each and every gift experience that we create.

Clé Privée gifts typically have a budget of 500-1000€+, and in order to ensure we are able to craft quality gift experiences, we do require a minimum gift of 180€. We understand this may sometimes be more than one is able to contribute, and hence we encourage and make it easy to launch a group gift to more easily meet and surpass this minimum.

Should your gift not reach the 180€ minimum, we will be in touch with you and your gift contributors to ask if you would like to make an additional contribution such that the gift can be sent, or prefer a refund of the gift.

Our concierge team, Les Embellisseurs, take value seriously – we will be transparent with your recipient and work to optimize their gift experience with the contribution that you (and your contributors) make available.

Of course - a gift recipient can always include a spouse, friend or other loved one in their gift experience. The only constraint is the total gift contribution, so the more that is contributed by you or other friends, family, and/or colleagues, the more options and flexibility that will be available.

We take pride in not limiting the range of experiences that we can fulfill, and we will always put your recipient’s preferences first. However, we do encourage you and your fellow participants to make suggestions, and Les Embellisseurs are happy to speak with you in advance of giving your gift should you have specific ideas in mind.

Yes – if for any reason you would like to limit the number of contributors or the maximum amount for individual contributions, please contact Clé Privée directly (club@cleprivee.com) and we will be happy to help you with this request.
